Refund Policy for Online Trainings, Coaching Sessions, and Workshops

Thank you for choosing Erika Sherek Coaching & Consulting for your online training, coaching sessions, and workshops. We aim to provide valuable and transformative experiences to our clients. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your options regarding refunds for these services.

  1. Online Training Refund Policy:

1.1. On-Demand Training:

  • We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for our on-demand online training. If you are not satisfied with the content or experience, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
  • Refunds will only be processed if you have not accessed or downloaded more than 25% of the training content.

1.2. Live Virtual Trainings:

  • If you are unable to attend a live virtual training, you may request a full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Refund requests made within 24 hours of the training start time will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Alternatively, you may request to transfer your registration to a future live virtual training of the same or similar topic, subject to availability.
  1. Coaching Sessions Refund Policy:

2.1. Individual Coaching Sessions:

  • If you are dissatisfied with your individual coaching session, you may request a full refund within 48 hours after the session’s completion. To request a refund, please email hello@erikasherek.com with your full name, date of the session, and a brief explanation of your concerns.

2.2. Coaching Packages:

  • If you have purchased a coaching package and wish to discontinue your coaching sessions, you may be eligible for a prorated refund based on the number of sessions already completed. The refund amount will be calculated based on the package price minus the regular price of the completed sessions.
  • The initial coaching session included in the package is non-refundable.
  1. Workshops Refund Policy:

3.1. In-Person Workshops:

  • Full Refund: You may request a full refund for an in-person workshop up to 7 days before the workshop’s scheduled start date.
  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop’s scheduled start date but before 48 hours of the workshop may be eligible for a partial refund, amounting to 50% of the workshop fee.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop start time will not be eligible for a refund, and the workshop fee will be non-refundable.
  • Transfer Option: If you are unable to attend the workshop, you may transfer your registration to another person with written notification at least 24 hours before the workshop begins.

3.2. Online Workshops:

  • Full Refund: You may request a full refund for an online workshop up to 24 hours before the workshop’s scheduled start time.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the online workshop’s scheduled start time will not be eligible for a refund, and the workshop fee will be non-refundable.
  1. General Refund Guidelines:

4.1. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 7 business days of approval.

4.2. Refunds may be subject to a processing fee to cover administrative costs.

4.3. Refunds will not be provided for participants who fail to attend without prior notice.
